When do I get my points?
Points are added to your account when your order is marked Completed.
How do I use my points?
Log in, add items to your cart, and press Redeem in the Rewards box at the top of the cart or checkout. Points are redeemed in steps of 250 (every 250 points = $5 off).
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire.
Can I use points with a coupon?
Yes. Points and coupons can be used together. Points are earned on the item total after any coupon or points discount, not on tax or shipping.
Do guest orders earn points?
No. You need a free account when you check out to earn and redeem points.
What if I cancel or return an order?
Points earned on that order are removed, and any points you spent on it are returned to your account.
